We encourage everyone to read widely on the subject of health and fitness. Whilst it is important to keep an open mind, you will find there is a lot of strong and even conflicting opinion. It is therefore important to read critically, and only use what works for you. The following sites may be useful information resources, or provide food for thought! We’re also happy to recommend books on request. Get in touch if you have ideas for things to add.
